The Best part of the menu is that anything can be made Gluten Free
We had been visiting NJ for our niece’s Christening and heard this place was great and that they had gluten free. I am a very, very sensitive Celiac, so after a little research, I was confident in trying this place out. Wow I cant remember the last time I had a chicken parm hero like this (probably close to 10 years). I was blown away by the quality of the ingredients, the freshness, the taste, the everything! The gluten free bread was perfect and their cross contamination practices are SUPERB. I actually spoke to the owner and he knows his stuff. The best part is the menu – ANYTHING on the huge menu (it takes up the whole wall behind the counter) can be made GLUTEN FREE. Blown Away. Just Blown Away. (By the way, I hear their regular stuff is just as awesome !)
